The 3S GmbH is a growing technology company in the field of gas measurement technology, specialized in the development of innovative testing technologies for quality control. Founded 2006 as a spin-off from research, the company is leading today when it is about monitoring air quality, nondestructive leak testing, and odor testing of products. Sensors, signal processing, systems – in short 3S – are the core competencies of our approximately 30 employees.

We are a highly motivated international team in an innovative working environment. We are characterized by a flat hierarchy and the possibility for personal development. Our team works together with respect, and honesty, fairness, and open communication come first. We offer flexible working hours in mutual trust. Thus, it is possible to keep a private appointment in the morning or in the afternoon, or to pick up your children from day care earlier. We keep working time accounts, and in case of overtime hours, they can be compensated en bloc to increase the recreational value.
